At Elevate Housing Ventures, LLC, we believe recovery is strengthened when individuals have a safe, supportive, and structured place to call home.
Founded by two dedicated women veterans, Venice Cone and Annie Hewitt, Elevate Housing Ventures, LLC was created from a shared passion for service, compassion, and helping individuals build a foundation for lasting sobriety and personal growth.
With a lifelong commitment to serving others, Venice and Annie bring their experience in public service and their dedication to helping people overcome challenges into the mission of Elevate Housing Ventures. They understand that the journey of recovery requires more than simply overcoming addiction — it requires support, accountability, stability, and a community that encourages individuals to move forward.
Serving South Florida the founders’ commitment to serving those in need extends beyond sober living through their nonprofit initiative, Love & Compassion Shelter, which focuses on addressing homelessness. Together, these efforts reflect Venice and Annie’s dedication to creating opportunities for people who are ready to make positive changes in their lives.
As women veterans, Venice and Annie carry forward the values of service, integrity, responsibility, and commitment that have guided their lives.
