Venice Cone is a veteran who brings a strong spirit of service, care, and responsibility to Elevate Housing Ventures.

She helped create Elevate because she believes people in recovery deserve a safe and steady place to rebuild their lives. Too often, individuals are expected to make lasting changes while living in environments that make recovery harder. Venice wants Elevate to be a place where residents can step away from those pressures and focus on healing, growth, and the next chapter of their lives.

Her vision is not simply to provide a bed or a temporary address. She wants residents to feel at home while they work toward stability. She believes a supportive sober living environment can help a person regain trust in themselves, reconnect with their goals, and begin making plans for a healthier future.

Venice also believes that no person should be defined by the hardest part of their story. Through patience, accountability, and steady encouragement, she hopes residents will begin to recognize their worth and see new possibilities for their lives.
